Dosage & Directions for Use
Product Addition / Preparation

Stock solutions can be prepared up to a 0.5% concentration, either using an automated make-up unit or by batch preparation.

Prepared solutions should be aged for 30–60 minutes to achieve maximum performance.

Use high-quality make-up water for solution preparation.

Prior to dosing, the stock solution should be further diluted with secondary water at a ratio of up to 10:1.

Centrifugal pumps should be avoided for polymer transfer to prevent shear degradation.

FLOCCULATOR RXSOL-91-9103-050 HMW is a high-performance cationic flocculant with high molecular weight, manufactured by Kemira. It is designed to condition solids for dewatering operations and to support water clarification processes across a wide range of industries. The product delivers excellent performance in liquid–solid separation under varying operating conditions.
Primary Flocculant for waste water treatment unit. it will be used as an agglomerating agent for API separator effluent oily water clarification and filtration. the waste water is then treated with anionic organic polymer ( RXSOL-19-1510-025 ) as secondary flocculant.
