Diesilite Combustion Catalyst

For carbon residue formation during combustion is inhibited by maganese catalysts that lower the ignition temperature of heavy asphalt particles or bunker - C. The combustion time is consequently increased, leading to a reduction of tarry deposits and carbonaceous fire scale also It will prevent slag formation.

DOSE : For best results, Dieselite should be dosed automatically using a metering pump to dose into the fuel feed line as near to the injector or burner pump as possible.  It is completely soluable in fuel oils and disperses atomic manganese throughout the firebox. It will improve combustion and prevent corrosion by eliminating the formation of nitric and sulfuric oxides.

Recommended regular dosage range: 0.01% of fuel. Dosage rates may vary depending on requirements such as emergency treatment, sludge reduction, fuel stability, or injector fouling. Innospec specialists can assess your system and recommend the most appropriate product and dosing plan.
