Oil Wash Turbo Cleaner is a specially formulated solvent-based detergent designed to deliver maximum cleaning efficiency in both ON-LINE and OFF-LINE gas turbine and compressor cleaning applications. It penetrates and removes deposits such as oil, grease, carbonaceous residues, and atmospheric contaminants from turbine blades and compressor components. Dosage & Directions for Use
Concentration / Dosage of Oil Wash Turbo Cleaner
- On-Line Cleaning: Dilute 1 part Wash Oil with 4–5 parts demineralized water; inject per OEM wash skid settings.
- Off-Line Cleaning: Dilute 1 part Wash Oil with 3–4 parts demineralized water; circulate through compressor while cranking.
- Always follow OEM turbine manufacturer guidelines for wash procedures.
NOTE: Concentration always depends on cleaning matter. Always consult before use
