Wash Oil Cleaning Oil is a specially formulated solvent-based detergent designed to deliver maximum cleaning efficiency in both ON-LINE and OFF-LINE gas turbine and compressor cleaning applications. It penetrates and removes deposits such as oil, grease, carbonaceous residues, and atmospheric contaminants from turbine blades and compressor components. Applications of Clean Oil Washing Oil
- Injected into the compressor air intake during operation at partial load.
- Dissolves deposits progressively without requiring shutdown.
- Maintains turbine efficiency and prevents performance drop during continuous operation.
- Applied during scheduled shutdowns or maintenance cycles.
- Circulated with water through the compressor section to remove heavy fouling.

Dosage & Directions for Use
Concentration / Dosage of Clean Oil Washing Oil
- On-Line Cleaning: Dilute 1 part Wash Oil with 4–5 parts demineralized water; inject per OEM wash skid settings.
- Off-Line Cleaning: Dilute 1 part Wash Oil with 3–4 parts demineralized water; circulate through compressor while cranking.
- Always follow OEM turbine manufacturer guidelines for wash procedures.
NOTE: Concentration always depends on cleaning matter. Always consult before use
