Especially formulated for tank cleaning for removing bunker "C" and other petroleum based products soften up / remove baked on drying oils. It can be use for gasfreeing of double bottom, deep and fuel oil tanks, crude and refined mineral oil cargo tanks. It is a highly concentrated solvent base emulsifier product with an exceptional solvency power on soil & oily matter . It can be effectively used to clean without leaving any traces. petroleum from cargo tanks, tank tops, decks and bilges. Very Effective on very heavy soiling, emulsifies crude and other oils of any density (Bunker C).
